1.Wheter Astrology is a science or not is a question which can only be discussed when we know what is meant by science. For many of the dogmas that to-day(1927) go officially by that name will hardly seem to be such to a thingking person, seeing that-considering their continual modifications and changes-they seem to result from groping rather than knowledge.
2.Flammarion’s work ‘La pluralitebdes mondes habitues’ has this passage : ‘ this law of unity which gives to many minerals a definite geometrical shape, and to every one of the worlds afixed form and a similar motion; which in space groups together systems of worlds round Mother-Suns and in the lap of dense matter a group of single molecules around a centre of affinity. It is this law that has formed the system of the bloodvessels, of the bones of man and animals according to the same model as the leaves of plants and the ramifications of trees.
3. Kant also has said in his ‘Traume eines geistersehers’ : ‘ It will be proved that in this life already the human soul is indidolubly connected with the immaterial entities of the spirit-world.(E.parker, Amersfoort,july.1927, translate by Coba Goedhart, P dz veen publisher Holland)
B. The Planets
1. The Planets
(1) Deep within us blossoms, the life, the will to live, seeking expession and radiating its essence in the SUN
(2) As a reflex of the radiated light the emtions precipitate, as the MOON reflexes on the earth the light of the Sun.
(3) In Order to guide the primitive tendencies man needs a clear mind of which MERCURY is the messenger
(4) The Idea harmony awakes in man,wh after having adhusted the balance within himself, aims at harmnising his’self’ with that of others, the oppsite pole of VENUS.
(5) Unfortunately, the ideal materialises; where peace was sought, discord and strife arise; man expelled from paradise must toil in the sweat of his brow(MARS)
(6) Until justice, mercy, and philantrophy awaken in man and the prodigal returns to his father-JUPITER
(7) Then the earnestness grows in man, wisdom, which discerns the simple principle in the mst complicated frms, and he understands that the greatest power is hidden in the restraint of SATURN
(8) Not until we have reached that can we endeavur to rule that which now rules us the Supernatural knwledge which comes to us through URANUS.
(9) Finally apprach the Sublimely -devine in the sprere of Neptune

1. .How To judge a progrees of herscope
(1)Having now a heroscope before us tgether with a list of aspect, we may start judging them.
(2) The three principal points to be considered are Sun,Mon and ascendant, also the House in which the frmer are placed.
(3) Morever, every sign, every House occupied by more than one planet exert a great influence upn the character and life of the native.
(4) What determine the meaning of a House are the sign on its cusp, the planets psited in it and the ruling planet f the sign. if there be n planet in a house of which one wishes to know further particulars , then its ruling planet and the Sign is which that planet is placed must also be judged.
(5) If therefore, a persn having II n the Cusp of the 10th use, and no planets in the House, wishes t know what prspects he has in his profession, he must note the psition of Mercury-in this case the ruler of the tenth huse-that is t say the house ,sign and Aspects in which is placed
(Do you belief astrology is science or supernatural ? I cannot chose but the reallity many people love it. What this is the one reasons many peple want to go to the Planets, please asked the fact from the Austronouts-Dr iwan S.)
2. The Symbolic pictrure and character of herscope in 1927
(1) Aries(March 21st-April 21st)
There is a good deal of irritability and very little is borne which offend the hnour and self respect of the individual.
This characteristic will also be prominent when practising various branches of sport, a thing fr which the Aries-type has a great liking. Every exaggeration should be avoided ; it is advisable to rest at least suggestion of overstrain.
(2) Taurus (April 22nd-May 21st)
Especially is youth the ‘Bull’ give greet bodily strength, a compensation fr possible affiction in the horoscope with respect to health. When illness occur his strng constitution makes for recovery.
The character is honest and trustworthy; but there is a possibility of self-delusion and it is only very intimate friends r those who are greatly adminred wh are allowed to express their faultfinding with this type r whse remarks are taken y heart.
(3) Gemini (May 22nd-june 21st)
Produce something unbalanced. something dual in manner and appearance. Ever wishing for the good, but sometimes feeling impotent ever to reach it.
As regard axcrivities and pasttimes ingneral, it is adviable for Gemini t have clear ideas and a sound judgemt of his enterprises, befre he talks about them with others or puts them aside. Otherwise his many gesticulations made when speaking. A cmplete disbelief in the grund f all things, and a mistrust of men.
(4) Cancer(June 22nd-July 22nd)
Manner as well as outward appearance is backward, shy, modest , sensitive, irritale, apperantely meek, but really selcncicious and reticent; studius and receptive,
Fear of self-revealing ften prevents pleasant intercourse and binders the acquasition of knowledge, yet in various circumstances he is timid in public. It smetimes seems as if he lacks courage to lace the world.
(5) Leo (July 23th-August 22nd)
A pleasant, radiating jy of life emanates frm Leo’s whole appearance, especially when in cngenial surroundings.
When his moods is cheerful, the sunny, radiating side of Leo is well expressed and his manner will then be characterised by hearty joyousness and regal hspitality, which may bevent react favourably upon the whole environtment.
It is advisable fr Leo t stand frm peple’s pinions amd try and strive if need be alone, for whetever is regarded as gd and noble.
Leo ought t try to keep his self-respect -nt pride-as a vehicle f invisible powers and lfty aspiratins- not as a creature who is himself perfect r almst perfect. Leo ought in all circumstances to retain his healthy ptimism and his warm synphatetic heart and then he may offer his strength fr humanity’s service and make his sunny smile shine alike for friend and foe.
(6) Virgo (August 23th-september 22nd)
Orderliness, love of regularity, systematic organisation of Activities and accurate administration tend t success along that line; Virg the ruler f this sign is the planet f cmmerce. He is apt t criticise men and things so sharply and rashly, as to overlk good points and also suffer from depression, had temper and exaggerated fear of illness. It is gd to distinguish the little things of life but they must not rule us.
(7) Libra (Sept. 23th-October 23th)
The outer appearance is amiable, kind , polite. Libra greatly appreciates whatever is beautiful, peaceful and harmnies , and has an intense longing to be him or her -self in harmny with these thing.
Libra learn frm experiance that it is very desiable to extend the dminin f rule and regularity to his r her own life. i.e. to rest at fixed times and never to verstrain him or herself, s that wrk will nly be dne when the power to work is present. Life on a well-balanced basis of response enables peple t d far mre than if they were physically stronger.
(8) Scorpio (Oct. 24th-November 22nd)
Makes the native physically strong, although built smewhat dispropotinately. His cmplexion is ussually pale. Physical fatique is easily overcome.
Scorpio hasgreat powers f bservatin, character of unknwn peple are smetimes sensed at first sight and well defined, while things that the latter wuld rather keep silent or hide ut of sight will often be speedily discvered. Their wn nature is very reserved, and they confide nly in very few people-probably because of disappointments and ppsition experienced in early life.
Likes to enter int life’s secrets; both in other peple’s lives and in the prblems f life aand death everywhere in nature. The sensing of the sul f things and the knwledge of ther people’s difficulties are both typical of this sign.
(9) Sagitarius ( Nov. 23th-Dec. 21st)
He is always trying t spread his own ideas discussing or talking about them with every one likely to take an interest in them.
Even in childhd this propensity manifest as the constant ‘wish to knw’ ,a an insatiable thirst for knowledge, which cannot put be put off , and which is nly quenched when insight has been btained. Lve f nature and of life in the pen is strng, while a certain free-religius feeling dominates the emotion.
(10)Capricron (Dec. 22nd-January 20th)
Trust, respect and appreciation on the part f others are greatly valued but on the orther hand Capricorn does not easily give either trust or cnfidence . He has a cnstant fear f being ppsed, cheated and slandered. idea which ften crupt the atmsphere and hinder undisturbed joy. Makes the manner cheerful, engaging and humane and rarely dejected.God aspect arouse a great interest in occulism, mysticism and symblism. these subjects are studied with pleasure and discussed, especially with a view to obtaining a clearer insight into man’s inner nature and his place in the Cosmos , and nt so much for the sake f the sciences themselves.
(12) Pieces. (Feb. 19th -March 21st)
The Native will do well to learn tolimit himself in all directions and be cafreful will do well tolearn t limit himself in all directions and be careful in chosing friends, therwise there is much likelihod of gssip and slander. t desire t cmply with thers wished makes Pisces indulgent, smetimes als self-indulgent.
Their characteristic, To know is to forgive and Pisces is the still water running deep,
the PIsces gives the appearence f activity but ften accmpanied by timidity which is t sme extend a drwback t individual development and often keeps mdestly in the backgroud and leaves the conversation to others.
